Joseph Blatter confirmed the head of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) that FIFA will not repeat the voting process on the right to host the World Cups in 2018 and 2022.

But he pointed to FIFA approval to publish the report of Michael Garcia, the chief investigator who resigned from FIFA's Ethics Committee, from the investigation into allegations of corruption in the process of granting the right to host the tournaments to Russia and Qatar respectively.
